Clinical psychologist Diana Wais has dedicated her career as a therapist and academic to the understanding of human psychology and to making people’s life better. As a marital and individual therapist she has worked with people at all levels of emotional functioning, while using her research on the role of emotional development in early childhood to develop more effective therapies, prevention and education programs. Invited by the former Vice President Al Gore to consult on a panel of experts, Diana was also an advisor to the Skoll Foundation on the psychological underpinnings of successful social entrepreneurs.
Diana holds a PhD and a Masters degree in clinical psychology from the State University of New York, and a Masters degree in political science from Stanford University. She works at the London Business School on executive education programs, and has worked on the team development programs at the IMD business school in Switzerland.
