The street as common place – destination | Marianna Rentzou

Marianna Rentzou is co-founder of the architectural office Point Supreme since 2008, when together with Konstantinos Pantazis and after having already gained valuable experience working with architectural offices in London, Rotterdam, Brussels and Tokyo, they decided to join forces and create an office that would be based in Athens. Since then they have participated and distinguished themselves in various competitions and exhibitions around the world. In 2012, they participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale and won the acclaimed international competition for the Faliro Pier in Athens.

A few years later, in 2015, Wallpaper* magazine included them in their list of 20 up-and-coming architects of the world. In the same year the Graham Foundation of Chicago published Athens Projects, the first book dedicated to the duo’s work. Last year they participated in the Ljubljana Biennale of Design with the exhibition After Utopia. Point Supreme is currently running projects in Netherlands, Belgium, France and Greece.
